Individual Awards | Due May 31

  • Order of Pythagoras
    The Order of Pythagoras recognizes contributions to Acacia Fraternity by those "serving beyond the ordinary call of duty." Election to the Order of Pythagoras is by the International Council and may include alumni, undergraduates and, occasionally, non-Acacians.

  • Dr. Robert G. Travnicek Two Egyptian Students Award
    The Dr. Robert G. Travnicek – Two Egyptian Students Award honors Acacia members who have provided significant and lasting service to a chapter other than the one into which they were initiated. Named in recognition of Brother Robert G. Travnicek, whose devotion to the Fraternity extended well beyond his home chapter, this award reflects the spirit of selfless service and fraternity without borders.

  • Award of Merit
    The Award of Merit is one of Acacia's highest honors. It is given to "brothers who have given of their time and substance unstintingly for the promotion and furtherance of Acacia, both nationally and locally, and brothers who have rendered outstanding service in their chosen fields, and have attained high position therein, thus exemplifying the motto of Acacia, ‘Human Service’, and the teachings of the fraternity, which constantly admonish our members to prepare themselves as educated men to take a more active part in their communities."

  • Senior Brother of the Year Award
    The “Senior Brother of the Year” award is a “rebirth” of an award previously given by International Council. It is requested that EACH chapter nominate one (1) senior member of the chapter for each year of the biennium.

    Each chapter should nominate two members. Each person will be recognized as their respective chapter’s “Senior Brother of the Year.”

    • One senior for the 2024-2025 academic year

    • One senior for the 2025-2026 academic year

  • Roy C. Clark Award
    The Roy C. Clark Outstanding Acacian Award is designed not only to perpetuate the memory of Roy C. Clark, but to also honor outstanding Acacian undergraduates. Two undergraduates will be chosen to receive this honor, one for each year of the biennium. ALL chapters are strongly encouraged to nominate one member for consideration.

  • Chapter Advisor of the Biennium Award
    The purpose of this award is to recognize those Chapter Advisors who have given a great deal of time and effort to see that our undergraduate chapters remain strong year in and year out. Any chapter or Chapter Advisor is eligible to nominate someone for this award.

  • George F. Patterson Jr. Award
    The George F. Patterson Award is Acacia's second-most prestigious individual award and is given annually in honor of Brother Patterson's many years of service to Acacia and the Interfraternity movement. It recognizes Acacia alumni whose contributions to the fraternity are both sustained and outstanding.

  • Donald W. Solanas Jr. Lifetime Service Award
    The Donald W. Solanas Jr. Award is the highest honor granted by Acacia Fraternity to recognize a lifetime of exceptional service, leadership, and dedication to the Fraternity. Named in memory of Brother Donald W. Solanas Jr., whose devotion and commitment set an enduring example, this award celebrates individuals who have made a sustained impact on Acacia over the course of their lives.

Chapter Excellence AWARDS | Due May 31

The Acacia Fraternity Chapter Excellence Awards recognize chapters that demonstrate outstanding performance across all aspects of the undergraduate experience during the 2024–2026 biennium. Through these awards, chapters have the opportunity to highlight their achievements in areas such as recruitment, academics, operations, Human Service, and brotherhood. All submissions are completed through the Google Forms linked below and may be saved, submitted, and edited at any time prior to the deadline, allowing chapters to build strong and comprehensive applications over time. We encourage collaboration among chapter officers and advisors and the inclusion of supporting materials such as documents, photos, and links to fully showcase your chapter’s success.

All submissions must be finalized by May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. In addition to the Chapter Excellence Awards, chapters will also have the opportunity to participate in Chapter Choice Awards, where undergraduate members will vote to recognize the best academic program, philanthropy initiative, service event, and professional development program across the Fraternity.

Chapter CHOICE Awards | Due June 30

The Chapter Choice Awards provide an opportunity to recognize standout programs and initiatives from across the Fraternity, as selected by peer chapters. These awards highlight innovative and impactful efforts that exemplify excellence in key areas of the undergraduate experience. All submissions must be finalized by June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

Submissions for these awards will be reviewed and voted on by the Chapter Advisor and Venerable Dean of each chapter, with winners selected based on the strength, creativity, and impact of each submission.
