CHAPTER GROWTH SPECIALIST | Job Description
The Chapter Growth Specialist will play a critical role in recruiting and educating the next generation of brothers for Acacia Fraternity on specific campuses we have been invited to expand to. This position involves evaluating potential new members, facilitating new member education, aiding the refounding fathers on establishing chapter operations, and networking with alumni to name a few. Individuals may also do some travel to visit chapters and aid in other aspects of the operations of the International Fraternity.

The Marketing & Social Media Intern will play a key role in enhancing and promoting the digital presence of Acacia Fraternity across multiple platforms. This position involves creating and scheduling engaging content, designing graphics and short-form videos, supporting marketing campaigns for national programs and events, and monitoring engagement across social media channels. The intern will also assist in developing promotional materials and ensuring all communications align with Acacia’s brand and mission. Individuals will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, content creation, and analytics while contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the International Fraternity.
