The Executive Director of Operations and Growth oversees all daily operations of the Fraternity’s International Headquarters — chapter operations and expansions, the Acacia Growth System, membership records, and chapter services staff. In addition, he focuses on financial management, chapter services, database management, and other aspects of the day-to-day operations of the fraternity. He is the central point of contact for all chapter related items.

The Executive Director of Communications, Marketing and Foundation Support oversees all Acacia communication and marketing efforts such as The Triad, website, social media, merchandise/licensing programs, as well as the implementation of the Cornerstones program, Acacia’s educational resources and development of Acacia educational programs like Conclave, ALA, and the Lee Kearney Summit. In addition, he manages the relationship between the International Council, Foundation, and National Housing Corporation.

The Chapter Growth & Development Consultants are responsible for supporting chapter operations and the recruitment efforts of the Fraternity.
