No. Late fees are a contractual requirement of the Billhighway platform and cannot be waived or removed at the chapter level.

No. Billhighway runs on a standardized statement system. When a chapter adds charges or creates dues, they appear on a statement sent to members at the beginning of each month, with a due date of the 15th. Members have a five-day grace period after the due date before late fees apply.

No. Billhighway does not file 990s on a chapter's behalf. Its reporting features do give chapters everything needed to complete a 990 return.

No. Once OmegaFi's billing and bill-pay features are turned off, chapters will no longer be charged by OmegaFi. The only recurring charge will be the $26 per semester fee from Billhighway.

Every chapter can order prepaid cards as soon as the system goes live on August 10th. Cards typically arrive within 7-10 business days of ordering.

Every active member, and any past member with an outstanding balance, will receive login information for the new Billhighway system. Members will use that information to create their account and pay their bill.

Yes. Treasurers can set up to six installment payments per semester for chapter dues.

Yes. Acacia Fraternity Headquarters will keep members updated in real time as new information becomes available.
